Q: What are Patient Assistance Programs?
A: These are programs set up by drug companies that offer free to a small cost medication to individuals who cannot afford their medication and meet certain requirements. Most brand name drugs are found in these programs. Companies offer these programs, it is not through the government.
Q: Who is eligible for Patient Assistance Programs?
A: Each program has its own rules. Usually an individual must be a us citizen, paying out of pocket for your medications and meet the income requirements.
Q: Can I apply for these programs if I have medicare or Part D?
A: It depends on the medication
Q: Is this Insurance?
A: No. This program is not an insurance product and is not affiliated with any Medicare, State, or Government program.
Q: Is there a limit to how many medications you will help me with?
A: No! There is no limit to the number of medications we can help you with.
Q: What if I have a change in my medication?
A: contact us and we will handle the unecessary filing and paper work to update the change.
Q: Do I have to be a U.S. Resident or Citizen to access these programs?
A: Yes
Q: How are refills handled?
A: After the initial and receipt of medications every company requires refill or re-authorization process usually after 2-3 months. At your request, we complete this process for you.
Q: What if I want to cancel your service?
A: You may cancel the service any time after enrollment with a minimum of 14 days notice in writing prior to the next billing cycle. please submit a written cancellation with name, phone number, social security number and reason for canceling.
